SPS Leadership in the Community

We’re proud to recognize Dave, VP of Operations at Systems Products and Solutions (SPS).

As a Trustee of Leadership Greater Huntsville, SPS had the opportunity to welcome Management Academy Class 17 to their Leadership Program Day.

Dave spoke about the importance of leading through crisis, learning from one another during the leadership roundtable, and taking time to be reflective leaders who turn experience into wisdom.

He encouraged the class not just to listen, but to challenge themselves—to reflect on their own leadership experiences and consider the kind of leader they want to be, particularly when circumstances are difficult.

We appreciate Dave’s commitment to developing future leaders and his continued dedication to representing SPS in the Huntsville community.
