LaQueta Ward

LaQueta Ward has over 18 years of Human Resource leadership experience in the defense industry to include areas of benefits administration, staffing planning and execution, compensation management, organizational management, retirement planning and employee relations.  Prior to joining SPS, Ward spent more than 11 years advancing into the Human Resources leadership role with BAE Systems. Ward holds a Master degree in Management and an undergraduate degree in Business Administration.
