Ms. Thompson has been President of SPS since 2005 and has
led rapid sustained corporate growth. She leads senior SPS Management and
internationally-based personnel in providing Government Strategic planning,
Training and Advanced Technological initiatives. Under her leadership,
Ms. Thompson routinely develops and maintains long-term and strong working
relationships with SPS industry and agency partners. As a result of years
of executive expertise, she ensures corporate quality performance standards
are met and challenging customer-service requirements are exceeded. Ms.
Thompson holds 2 Associates Degrees in Information Technology (IT) and
General Studies from Central Texas College with exceptional scholastic
initiative and business savvy. She has initiated and successfully implemented
corporate centralization and decentralization programs. Under her guidance,
SPS management styles assure critical balance and operational synergy between
its functional groups, directed toward building management teams, securing
revenues, and increasing company value. |

| Jeffrey Thompson, Vice-President | |
Mr. Thompson provides technical and operational expertise
in SPOT/JAMMS, New Equipment Training (NET) and Force Modernization initiatives,
ensuring supportability and sustainability of our Armed Services. He has
Active Duty experience combined with Technology skills and Training ability,
which promotes security as well as accurate logistical interests. Mr. Thompson
holds a Networking Degree from Central Texas College with specialized coursework
in Crew Station training, Computer-Based training, Videodisc Gunnery simulators,
and Inter-Vehicular information systems. His responsibilities include coordination
with the personnel of SPOT, CFLCC, AMC, JSRC and ensuring the safety and
accountability of our in-theater personnel. In doing so, he uses expert
knowledge of DoD policy and procedures to disseminate USCENTCOM and CFLCC
policies for contractors currently serving in SWA. Mr. Thompson served
in the US Army as a Tank Commander stationed in Ft. Hood, TX, and was responsible
for maintenance logistics and training fellow soldiers, ensuring operational
excellence. |

| Stephen J. Rhoades Program Manager | |
Mr. Rhoades has over 20 years of Active Duty and
civilian leadership experience managing assets and training personnel
resources, ensuring tactical advantage. He holds a Bachelor of Applied
Science Degree in Resources and Technology management from Troy University.
His specialized training includes US Army Drill Sergeant School, Airborne
and Ranger Schools, as well as ANCOC, BNCOC, PLDC, among other specialized
coursework. As an SPS Program Manager, Mr. Rhoades plans and facilitates
specific strategies and secures resources to execute challenging logistics
tasks with a responsive and superior quality approach. He served in the
US Army in infantry units, including Airborne. He thoroughly understands
and applies Military procedures, policies and doctrine with responsibilities
which include conducting New Equipment Training (NET). Mr. Rhoades specialized
assignments include the UN Command, where he trained soldiers from the
squad to brigade level. |

| Malcolm Thomas, Director of Business Development | |
Mr. Thomas has over
34 years of directly relevant experience in Logistics management, Testing
and Evaluation planning, Software validation, as well as program/project
management support. Mr. Thomas holds a B.S. Degree in Business Administration
from Alabama A&M University. As the Director of Business Development,
he implements new and creative strategies for business growth, ensuring
the highest of quality standards for effective dialogue with customers.
Mr. Thomas researches, identifies, formulates proposals and captures
viable SPS opportunities. He participated in securing our GSA Schedule
and continues to interface with SPS customers and fielded personnel to
plan and successfully direct the execution of current and future Logistics
Services projects. He is active in business organizations with memberships
in the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) among other non-profit
and community-service associations. |

| Heriberto Perez, International Program Manager | |
Mr. Perez has a distinguished Military as
well as Commercial career with an emphasis on International Logistics execution
and training. His relevant qualifications include management and leadership
positions for DoD commands and operations. He applies his thorough knowledge
and application of International Logistics planning, monitoring and budgeting
in responsive and technically-superior support. While serving in the US
Army, Mr. Perez attended Army education programs including the Non-Commissioned
Officer course, finishing in the top ten of his class. Mr. Perez served
as Supply SGT, S4 NCOIC, IG Inspection Team, and Logistics Trarticipates
in SPS OCONUS projects as International Program Manager, applying a focus
on mission accomplishment and customer needs. |

| Vincent Amos Program Manager for TRACER | |

Amos has accumulated and demonstrated successful leadership in the
US Army during a 20 year career, which included 8 years of tactical
experience and 12 years of Acquisition Corps experience. He supported
International Military assignments and has advanced education, military
honors and awards. He holds a Master of Business Administration in
Finance from Mercer University and a BA in Economics from Mercer where
he received a distinguished Military graduation and was commissioned
as a Regular Army Second Lieutenant in the Signal Corps. Currently,
he is the senior-level executive responsible for ensuring continued
success for Tracking Reusable Assets for Contingency and Emergency
Response (TRACER), under the immediate direction and control of the
US Army, Deputy Chief of Staff, Logistics. He has demonstrated effective
execution and training capabilities regarding advance planning and
rapid materiel fielding. LTC Amos currently focuses on budgetary planning,
cost controls and expenditure tracking. He has completed the Signal
Officer basic course, Signal Officer advance course, Combined Arms
service staff school, Military Acquisition management courses, Command
and General staff officer’s course, and the Air War college. As a
decorated soldier, LTC Amos was honored with and awarded: Legion of
Merit, Defense Meritorious Service Medal with second Oak Leaf Cluster,
Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal with Oak Leaf Cluster,
National Defense Service Medal and Southwest Asia Campaign Medal among
others. |
